pricing?
Our pricing is in Canadian funds. You may view the current
exchange rates here.

How
can I place an order?
You can place your order three ways:
Online: You may use our online shopping cart system.
It is fast, secure and easy to use. We use PayPal as our shopping
cart to accept online payments as it is a trusted and safe gateway.
You do not need a PayPal account to use our shopping cart.
You can view your shopping cart by clicking "view cart" on any of our
pages. Please be advised that purchases made with Amex
may be subject to a currency conversion surcharge.After you have placed your
order online please check your email inbox for any messages from
us. Occasionally we may have a question or concern regarding your order
and will need to contact you. PayPal does not share your telephone
number with us and email is our only way of corresponding. Please
ensure that we have verified your order and that there are no problems
in order to prevent any unnecessary delays.
Email: You may alternatively
email your order and we
will invoice you using PayPal's invoicing system. Or you may
prefer to email your order and mail us a cheque or money order.
Please be advised that orders paid by cheque will not be shipped until
payment has cleared the bank.
Telephone: You may also
telephone your order in at 1-888-607-7611 or 604-607-7612
locally. Please be aware that we are unable to accept credit cards
by telephone; however, if you are unsure about how to place an order
online we will gladly walk you through the process. You may also
telephone your order in and mail us a cheque or money order.

What methods of payment
do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American
Express and Discover cards through PayPal's secure merchant payment
processing facility. You do not need a PayPal account for this.
We also accept bank transfers and PayPal account balances.
Alternatively, you may pick your order up and pay cash or you may mail a
cheque or money order. Please be advised that if you pay by
cheque, your order will not be shipped until your payment
has cleared the bank.

How can
I use a coupon?
You can use a coupon by emailing us your
order with your coupon code. We will then invoice you via PayPal
(you do not need a PayPal account) for the amount less the coupon.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically shipped early in the
morning, Monday to Friday. We aim to ship packages within one day
of purchase. We use Canada Post Expedited Parcel
as our main postal source for sling and carrier shipments. In
order to keep shipping charges low, we ship BabyLegs via Canada Post
Letter Mail. Most orders will be received between
1-5 business days after shipment; however, some locations may take longer.
Please note that International shipments can
take 2 to 5 weeks in transit.

Can I pick my order up?
Yes. We are located in Chilliwack, BC. Local customers are
more than welcome to pick their order up from our home. Please
email your order to us and we will schedule a time that is convenient to
both parties.

How much will shipping cost?
Shipping charges are $9.50 for all Baby Carriers on Canadian orders. Orders
over $250.00 receive free shipping. Please
email us for a shipping
quote to the USA or International orders.
Shipping charges are included in the price of BabyLegs.
All of our products are available
for free pick up for customers located in the Lower Mainland! Please email
your order and we will invoice you for your purchase without the
shipping charges and we will make arrangements for you to pick up your
purchase.

Is my
shipment insured?
Yes. All baby slings and carriers are insured to a
maximum of $100. If you would like additional insurance on your
shipment please email us
and we will adjust your shipping charges accordingly.

What about tax?
Baby slings and carriers are subject to both GST (5%) and PST (7%)
in British Columbia. If you are a resident of BC, both taxes will
be applied. If you reside in Canada, but outside British Columbia,
5% GST will be charged at check out. If you are ordering from
outside Canada, you are exempt from Canadian taxes, however, you may be
charged taxes and/or duty by your country when your parcel clears
customs.
BabyLegs are PST exempt, but taxable at 5% GST.

What is your privacy policy?
Any personal information which you provide to us will only be
used to process your order or request. This information will never
be sold or shared with any individual, group or organization.

What is your return policy?
It is important to us that you find the baby
carrier that best suits your needs, because of this we offer a 30-day
money back guarantee on all purchases except for custom orders.. If you are not
happy with the carrier you selected we would be happy to give you an
exchange, credit your account or refund your money. You will not
be charged a re-stocking fee. We are, however, unable to refund
the cost of shipping. The customer is responsible for the return
shipping of the product and the cost to ship a new product. Please
note that sale items are final.

What are your return
conditions?
All returns must be in new/un-washed
condition in original packaging with all tags attached and instructions
and promotional materials included. All items must be from a
non-smoking environment and free from pet odors and hair.
Please remember that it takes time to
learn a new carrier. We have discovered that some carriers we
hated the first couple of tries, but loved a week later. Please
give yourself time to learn the ins and outs of your new product, even
if you don't like it at first. We hate to see you return a product
and regret it later.

How do
I submit a return?
All returns must receive prior approval by The Baby Sling Shop.
All unauthorized returns will be returned to the sender. If you
would like to return a product please
email the following
information:
1. Name
2. Order Number
3. Mailing Address
4. Product(s) you are returning
5. Reason you are returning your item(s)
6. Whether you would like a refund, exchange or store credit
After we have received your email we will contact you with further
instructions to return your purchase.
